Since the establishment of the law office has been handling many criminal and civil cases, as well as labor cases both assisting and representing clients as plaintiff, defendant, the applicant, the defendant, accompanying the suspect, defending the accused, defense of labor rights, trademark disputes, patent, bankruptcy, problems company, and divorce. Maestro Patent International founded on October 3rd, 2003 by Ina H Rachman, SH, MH & TB. U. Mulyaharja, S.E, S.H, MH, M.Kn, CLA. Maestro Patent International has extensive experience in the field of document management services of Intellectual Property Rights of an administrative nature, among others, including the application for registration of patents, industrial designs and copyright, through a patent agent registered the first batch 234-2006 University of Indonesia, namely: TB. U. Mulyaharja, SE, SH, MH, M.Kn, CLA., Who is now completing the Master of Notary studies program at the University Jaya Baya, and which for the intellectual property rights we have established harmonious cooperation with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights making it easier for us to get the accurate information to be passed on to the client. As for the maintenance of Marketing Authorization BPOM, we have also been working closely with the Food and Drug Administration of the Republic of Indonesia (BPOM RI) to making it easier for us to access all matters relating to the registration of POM.
